Saigontourist introduces 7 new river tours exploring Saigon River and Dong Nai River

On September 28th, Saigontourist Holding Company launched seven new river tourism routes connecting Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring areas. In corporation with Binh Quoi Tourist Village, Saigontourist Travel Service Company is in charge of organizing these new river tours for tourists to explore the increasingly attractive destinations in HCMC namely Saigon River and Dong Nai River. The travel agency offers 5 canoes with the capacities of 25 people each.

These tours will depart daily from Tan Cang Wharf and from here, tourists can choose to travel to seven destinations including Cu Chi Tunnels, Can Gio, Vam Sat Tourism Center, orchards in Long Phuoc, Thanh Da Peninsula, Ben Dinh and Hai Thanh Koi fish Eco-Tourism Site.

1.      Eastern Discovery: Tan Cang Wharf - Binh Duong - Ben Dinh. The trip departs at 7 a.m. every weekday. Each trip requires at least 6 passengers.

From Tan Cang Wharf, the tour will take tourists through Ba Son, Kinh Thanh Da Bridge, Binh Loi Bridge, Lai Thieu Bridge and pay a visit to the ancient house of Mr. Ho, Lady Hau Temple, Ben Dinh tunnels and Hai Thanh Koi fish Eco-Tourism Site.
Tickets are priced at 2.099.000VND per person for adult and 1.580.000VND for children.

2.      Eastern Discovery: Tan Cang Wharf - Binh Duong - Hai Thanh Koi fish Eco-Tourism Site. The trip departs at 7 a.m. every weekday. Each trip requires at least 6 passengers.

Tourists get a chance to visit the ancient house of Mr. Ho, Lady Hau Temple, Hai Thanh Koi fish Eco-Tourism Site, Thu Dau Mot Market and Phu Cuong Church.
Tickets are priced 1.660.000VND per person for adult and 1.245.000VND for children.

3.      Mangrove exploration: Tan Cang Wharf - Can Thanh (Can Gio). The trip departs at 7 a.m. every weekday. Each trip requires at least 6 passengers.

The trip will take you to Phu My Bridge, Yen Quan House, Monkey Island, Dan Xay Bridge and Binh Khanh Ferry.
Tickets are priced 2.039.000VND per person for adult and 1.530.000VND for children.

4.      Eco-tourism: Tan Cang Wharf - Thanh Da Peninsula. The trip departs at 4 p.m. every Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Each trip requires at least 6 passengers.

Tourists are guided to explore the tranquil village with secluded paddy fields and panoramic views of ponds and lakes.
Tickets are priced 750.000VND per person for adult and 560.000VND for children.

5.      Cu Chi Tunnels: Tan Cang Wharf - Ben Dinh. The trip departs at 7:30 a.m. every weekday. Each trip requires at least 6 passengers.

The trip will take you to Binh Quoi Tourist Village, Ben Dinh tunnels, Thanh Da Peninsula, Binh Loi Bridge and Lai Thieu Pottery. Coming to Binh Quoi Tourist Village, visitors will have a chance to savor some Southern specialties here.
Tickets are priced 1.899.000VND per person for adult and 1.424.000VND for children.

6.      Long Phuoc Garden House: Tan Cang Wharf - Long Phuoc District 9. The trip departs at 8 a.m. from Tuesday to Sunday. Each trip requires at least 6 passengers.

The journey takes visitors to Buu Long Pagoda, Cat Lao ferry, Long Phuoc Garden house and Sy Hoang Ao Dai Museum. Besides, tourists will participate in many activities while being here such as sampan rowing and swimming.
Tickets are priced 1.520.000VND per person for adult and 1.140.000VND for children.

7.      Downstream Saigon River: Tan Cang - Vam Sat. The trip departs at 7 a.m. every weekday. Each trip requires at least 6 passengers.

Tourists have an opportunity to explore the first mangrove biosphere reserve in Vietnam recognized by UNESCO and enjoy fishing activity.
Tickets are priced 2.145.000VND per person for adult and 1.610.000VND for children.
